作用原理
The polymeric sugar alcohol carrier (Ca ≥180 g/L) has good compatibility with leaf cuticle wax and is efficiently absorbed through both stomata and epidermal cells. After entering the plant, Ca²⁺ activates calmodulin (CaM), regulating pectin-Ca²⁺ cross-linking in the cell wall middle lamella — increasing fruit skin toughness and elasticity at the cellular level, fundamentally reducing the probability of fruit cracking caused by water fluctuations.
